The Company:

We are Ahmed Tuff Tiles. ATT registered in Rahim Yar Khan. We are selling associated products and deliver such products to customers within the Pakistan.

Order and Payment Terms:

  • The policy of payment is that 50% in advance which have to pay before delivery of product.
  • Prices do not include the costs of delivery.
  • Payments will receive through cash and cheque.
  • Delivery charges, load and unload charges will be applied on customer.
  • Product prices and product details change at any time without notice.

Cancelling of Order:

If customer cancelled the order after giving advance then we deduct 15-25% amount by checking the order.

Delivery:

Delivery of product will be minimum in 15 days.

Damaged/Incorrect Goods Refunds and Returns:

  • Where you purchase goods from us, if you find any damage or broken tiles that will be replace. But if the tile is damage after checking by customer that will not replaceable.
  • All goods must be checked by the customer. This is imperative. After standard time limit no responsibility for damaged product, shortages or incorrect products were accepted.
